摘要
我们描述了一种转移超大面积CVD生长石墨烯片的方法。这些样品可制备至数cm大小,并通过在SiO衬底上的磁输运测量进行表征。我们开发的工艺非常高效,在整个金属剥离过程中将石墨烯的损伤降至最低,载流子迁移率测量和量子霍尔效应的观测证实了这一点。结果表明,经过两步制备后退火工艺后,电荷中性点大幅移动至接近零栅压位置,该工艺还使磁滞显著减小。
