摘要
利用低能电子衍射（LEED）原位监测SiC上外延石墨烯的形成。研究了将LEED用作石墨烯原位厚度监测器的可能性。对于一系列已知石墨烯厚度（通过低能电子显微镜确定）的样品，测量了石墨烯与SiC的初级衍射斑强度比。发现该比值可有效确定1至3个单层范围内的石墨烯厚度。考虑了石墨烯厚度分布对该厚度测定方法的影响。
