摘要
最近，通过掠入射快速原子衍射研究了在 6H-SiC(0001) 上生长的外延石墨烯单层的莫尔结构，并将结果与结构从头算及精确衍射代码的计算进行了比较。我们回顾了这些结果，并提出了一种使用硬壁模型在无任何先验条件下提取信息的补充方法。反之，利用先前的精确计算，我们通过比较使用相同势能面的预测，定量评估了这一简化方法的性能。
