三维自旋玻璃中的热力学一级相变与逆冻结

摘要
我们提出了三维随机Blume-Capel模型的数值研究。相图以热力学意义上的一级和二级自旋玻璃/顺磁相变为特征。使用交换蒙特卡罗算法进行数值模拟,为逆冻结提供了清晰证据。研究了临界区域和相共存区域的主要特征。据我们所知,没有其他具有淬火无序的三维短程系统会经历逆冻结。
