摘要

我们研究了在三维(3D)存在淬火无序的Blume-Capel模型中发生的热力学相变。具体而言，通过交换蒙特卡洛模拟，我们研究了一级相变及其相关共存区域中序参量的行为。该相变是一种逆冻结。
