摘要
在本文中，我们研究当 chi 取遍本原实特征时 L(1,chi) 的值的分布。我们特别聚焦于该分布可在多大程度上由“随机 Euler 乘积”来逼近。我们的工作还确立了 Montgomery 与 Vaughan 近期关于 L(1,chi) 大（或小）值出现频率的一个猜想。
