摘要
我们建立了一般光滑凸域中带有镜面反射边界条件的 Boltzmann 方程在初始数据接近麦克斯韦分布（无论有无小外部势）时的全局适定性与稳定性。特别地，我们完全解决了自 [20] 于1977年宣布以来长期存在的开放问题。
