漂移扩散系统全隐格式的研究：准中性极限下的渐近行为

摘要
本文关注经典含时漂移扩散系统在准中性附近的数值逼近。我们考虑时间全隐、空间有限体积的格式，其中对流扩散通量采用Scharfetter-Gummel通量近似。我们证明，证明格式收敛所需的所有先验估计均不依赖于德拜长度。这表明该格式在准中性极限下是渐近保持的。
