用于社会交互机器人研究的硬件平台常受成本或功能不足的限制。本文介绍了Quori的整体系统——设计、硬件与软件——一种新颖、平价、用于促进非接触式人机交互(HRI)研究的社会交互型人形机器人平台。该系统的设计源于从HRI研究社区收集的反馈，整体设计在可负担性与功能性之间保持平衡。文中展示了Quori的初步测试及为期六个月的部署情况。十台Quori平台已授予来自美国各地的多元化研究者群体，以基于通用平台促进HRI研究并建立社区数据库。
