单层石墨烯中的电子自旋共振探测

摘要
石墨烯中 因子的精确值对于所有自旋相关性质及其应用具有基础意义。我们通过电阻探测电子自旋共振（ESR）研究了 Si/SiO2 衬底上的单层石墨烯。令人惊讶的是，磁矩及相应的 g 因子 1.952±0.002 对电荷载流子类型、浓度和迁移率均不敏感。
