摘要
在本文中，我们证明Paley图猜想蕴含Paley矩阵具有突破稀疏度级别平方根瓶颈的受限等距性质（RIP）。此外，我们表明Paley矩阵的RIP可推出Paley竞赛图中传递子竞赛图大小的改进界。
