我们证明了丢番图方程 N X^2 + 2^L 3^M = Y^N 在正整数范围内无解 (N,X,Y,L,M),其中 N > 1 且 gcd(NX,Y) = 1。这一结果推广了 Luca、Wang 和 Wang,以及 Luca 和 Soydan 的研究成果。我们的证明利用了 Bilu、Hanrot 和 Voutier 关于缺陷 Lehmer 对的结果。
