摘要
我们针对 Lipschitz 磁场，以非局部泛函的形式建立了磁 Sobolev 空间的两个新刻画。第一个刻画与源于 Bourgain、Brezis 和 Mironescu 的 BBM 公式有关。第二个刻画与第一作者关于经典 Sobolev 空间的工作有关。我们还研究了在这些语境中自然出现的几乎处处收敛和 收敛。
