我们描述了一种在中任意区域上引入Sobolev空间及由分数阶Dirichlet拉普拉斯生成的半群的过程。特别地，将讨论非齐次与齐次两类空间的良好定义性及其对偶性质、嵌入关系和Gagliardo-Nirenberg不等式。我们还展示了该半群的连续性与光滑化性质。
