L-函数的矩与 Liouville-Green 方法

摘要
我们证明，对于层级为 1、权重为 4k→∞ 的本原形式，其中心点处的关联 L-函数不小于 (log k)^{-2} 的比例至少为 20%。我们证明的关键要素是 Kuznetsov 卷积公式和 Liouville-Green 方法。
