摘要
我们考虑等离子体物理中出现的导数非线性薛定谔（DNLS）方程的周期驻波。通过使用一种新发展的具有两个特征值的代数方法，我们根据位于实线外谱带端点处的 Kaup-Newell 谱问题的八个特征值对所有周期驻波进行了分类。解析工作辅以谱带的数值逼近，这使我们能够充分刻画 DNLS 方程中周期驻波的调制不稳定性。
