摘要
1971年，Tomescu猜想[Le nombre des graphes connexes k-chromatiques minimaux aux sommets étiquetés, C. R. Acad. Sci. Paris 273 (1971), 1124--1126]：每个n个顶点的连通图G，若χ(G)=k≥4，则其k-着色数至多为k!(k-1)^{n-k}，等号成立当且仅当图是由K_k通过反复添加叶子形成的。本文证明了（Tomescu猜想的一个加强版）当k=5时成立。
