算子代数酉群中的极大离散子群

摘要
我们证明，若群 G 是无混合恒等元自由的，则其群 von Neumann 代数的射影酉群包含一个含有 G 的极大离散子群。证明是初等的，并运用了自由概率论。此外，我们澄清了 C*-代数情形下的相关状况。
