摘要
(2+1) 维 Minkowski 空间中时间规范下的 Chern-Simons-Higgs 系统的 Cauchy 问题，针对低正则性初值数据是局部适定的，改进了 Huh 的结果。证明利用了 d'Ancona、Foschi 和 Selberg 在波-Sobolev 空间中的双线性时空估计，并利用了一个零条件。
