摘要
我们建立了半空间中 Navier-Stokes 方程的局部空间短时间光滑效应。整个空间的类似结果由 Jia 和 \v{S}ver\'ak [J\v{S}14] 给出，是两位作者近期关于定量 爆破准则 [BP21] 工作的核心工具。主要困难在于半空间中压力的非局部效应远强于整个空间。作为一个应用，我们证明了在 I 型爆破存在时，临界 范数必须在尺度 上集中。
