摘要
在本文中，我们提出了Candes-Tao受限等距性质的一个统计版本（简称SRIP），该性质普遍适用于任何非相干字典，这些字典是正交基的不交并。此外，在适当的归一化下，相关Gram矩阵的特征值根据Wigner半圆分布围绕1波动。然后将该结果应用于有限调和分析中自然出现的各种字典，特别是更好地理解了Applebaum-Howard-Searle-Calderbank关于啁啾类函数的Heisenberg字典的RIP性质的评论。
