HPPP：Halpern 类型预条件化近端点算法及图像修复应用

摘要
最近，退化预条件化近端点(PPP)方法提供了一种统一且灵活的框架，用于设计和分析诸如 Douglas-Rachford(DR) 等算子分割算法。然而，退化 PPP 方法在无限维 Hilbert 空间中仅收敛于弱收敛，且缺乏加速变体。为此，我们提出 Halpern 类型 PPP(HPPP)算法，利用 Halpern 迭代法的强收敛和加速特性。此外，我们提出一种用于图像修复的新算法，将 HPPP 与诸如 Plug-and-Play(PnP) 类的去噪先验相结合，可视为一种加速 PnP 方法。最后，通过几个 toy example 和图像修复实验验证了所提算法的有效性。
