我们考虑在[C. Engwer, A. Hunt, and C. Surulescu: Effective equations for anisotropic glioma spread with proliferation: a multiscale approach and comparisons with previous settings, IMA J. Math. Med. Biol. (2015), doi: 10.1093/imammb/dqv030]中得到的模型的一维版本,该模型描述肿瘤细胞在组织网络中的各向异性扩散。模型由肿瘤细胞密度的反应-扩散-趋化方程与组织纤维密度的常微分方程耦合组成,并允许在扩散项和趋触项中都存在强退化。在此设定下,我们证明了关联的零通量初边值问题弱解的全局存在性。
