我们通过 \cite{dumitriu02} 中引入的三对角矩阵模型研究 -Hermite 与 -Laguerre 系综的全局谱涨落，并证明该涨落在单项式上描述一个高斯过程。我们将结果推广到稍大类的随机矩阵。
