我们给出了明确的准则，表明正则环中自根理想的复苏严格小于其余维数，这进而意味着Harbourne猜想的稳定版本对这些理想成立。该准则被用于给出此类理想的若干显式族，包括空间单项式曲线的定义理想。其他结果推广了关于第三符号幂何时包含于理想平方的已知定理，以及某些空间单项式曲线类的强复苏界。
