摘要

关于 Metropolis-Hastings 算法的一个众所周知的难题是获得其收敛速率的尖锐界。此外，马尔可夫链理论中一个基本但常被忽视的问题是研究不同初始化的收敛速率。在本文中，我们研究了一般状态空间与离散状态空间上独立 Metropolis-Hastings (IMH) 算法的上述两个问题。我们推导了精确的收敛速率，并证明了 IMH 算法的不同确定性初始化具有相同的收敛速率。我们得到了一般状态空间上 IMH 算法的精确收敛速度。
