摘要
通过X射线光电子发射研究了Mn在(Ga,Mn)As/GaAs界面上的热激发扩散。将Ga(0.95)Mn(0.05)As层覆盖以不同厚度（4、6和8单层）的GaAs，并通过覆盖表面的非晶As捕获扩散通过GaAs层的Mn。结果发现，对于6单层GaAs薄膜，向外扩散显著减少，而对于8单层薄膜，未检测到Mn。
