我们通过一种基于正解随机表示和二阶椭圆算子临界性理论的方法，展示了具有实系数的二阶椭圆算子特征函数的某些刘维尔性质。这些结果将 Y. Pinchover 的工作推广到了非对称薛定谔型算子的情形。特别地，我们为 Pinchover 在 [Comm. Math. Phys. 272 (2007), no. 1, 75-84, Problem 5] 中提出的一个开放问题提供了答案。此外，我们证明了任意维度下一般二阶椭圆算子正上解的衰减下界，并讨论了其对 Landis 猜想的意义。
