我们提出了一种定量方法，用于基于从一系列相邻固定检测器的聚合数据中获得的速度时间序列来校准和验证交通不稳定性关键特征。我们将所提出的标准应用于德国几条高速公路的历史交通数据库，其中包含约400次拥堵事件，从而为模型校准和关于时空动态的质量评估提供了参考。与微观和宏观模型的初步测试表明，这些标准既稳健又具有区分性，即能够清晰地区分预测能力较高和较低的模型。
