GaAs异质结构中低密度二维空穴气体的计算温度依赖电阻

摘要
我们通过将屏蔽带电杂质散射和声子散射纳入理论，计算了GaAs异质结构中低密度二维空穴气体的低温电阻率。我们计算的电阻率呈现出显著的温度依赖非单调性，源于屏蔽、非简并和声子效应之间的竞争，与近期实验数据吻合良好。
