摘要
最优传输中自由边界的正则性等价于势函数沿自由边界的正则性。通过建立自由边界的新几何估计并研究 Monge-Ampère 方程的第二边值问题，我们得到了势函数以及自由边界的 正则性，从而解决了 Caffarelli 与 McCann 在 \cite{CM} 中提出的一个开放问题。
