摘要
在假设广义 Lindel\"{o}f 假设 (GLH)、广义 Ramanujan 猜想的弱形式以及 Rankin--Selberg 型部分和估计的前提下，我们建立了在适当长度的短区间内一般 -函数系数之和的正态性。新颖之处在于 GLH 下的次数方面。特别地，这推广了 Hughes 和 Rudnick 关于薄环中格点计数的结果。
