广义黎曼假设下临界带内 L-函数的估计及其有效应用

摘要
在假设广义黎曼假设的前提下，针对黎曼、狄利克雷与戴德金 zeta 函数 ，我们给出了在 1-线邻域内 与 模长的显式上界。为此，我们将 Littlewood 著名的条件性结果推广至具有多项式欧拉乘积的 Selberg 类函数，并为此类函数建立了适当的凸性估计。作为应用，我们给出了 Mertens 函数的条件性与有效性估计。
