摘要
我们证明了有限生成 nilpotent 群的扭旋群 C*-代数的 Z-稳定性当且仅当其 nowhere scattered，即我们通过给定群和 2- cocycle 对该条件进行了表征。作为主要应用，我们证明了 nilpotent Lie 群的射影、平方可积表示的 Balian-Low 定理的新型逆向命题。
