平面Kendall形状空间上外蕴反均值的双样本检验及其在医学影像中的应用

摘要
本文发展了用于比较紧流形上两个外蕴反均值(nonparametric inference procedures,即非参数推断方法)的程序。基于近期关于紧流形在欧氏空间中任意嵌入下外蕴样本反均值的中心极限定理,导出了两个外蕴反均值相等的渐近卡方检验。给出了复射影空间相对于Veronese-Whitney嵌入(即Kendall平面形状空间的子流形表示)上分布的应用。还给出了两个医学影像分析应用。
