聚合还是分流？探究用于汇总拉取请求中机器人评论的中介机器人

软件机器人在社交编程平台中连接用户与工具，简化了拉取请求的审查流程。然而，机器人可能给开发者的交流带来信息过载。信息过载对新人尤为不利，他们仍在探索项目，可能被大量消息淹没。受其他领域文献启发，我们设计并评估了 FunnelBot，一个在仓库中充当开发者与其他机器人之间中介的机器人。我们对 25 名新人进行了被试内研究，以捕捉他们的感知与偏好。我们的结果为希望减少噪声并为支持新人而开发机器人的机器人开发者提供了洞见，为设计更好的机器人奠定了基础。
