组织文化与知识共享对业务系统成功的关系

摘要
理解业务系统成功因素对公共和私营组织来说一直是一个具有挑战性的过程。组织文化被衡量为促进员工间知识共享的关键因素。基于竞争价值框架（CVF），本研究展示了组织文化的各个维度如何在个体和组织层面上影响知识共享，进而影响业务系统的成功。本研究采用定量方法，在沙特企业中检验了组织文化、知识共享与业务系统成功之间的关系。
