摘要
继Richardson之后，并利用Kesten关于首达渗流的结果，我们得到了Eden生长过程中期望周长的一个上界。利用作者在统计力学问题中的结果，我们证明，由一类非常自然的“生长历史”产生的晶格动物的平均周长并不服从类似的界。
