摘要
设F为有限域，b和N为整数。我们证明了随机选取的椭圆曲线E（定义在F上）的有理点个数模N等于b的概率的显式估计。其基础工具是关于Frobenius作用在E的N-挠子群上的一个等分布结果。我们的结果涵盖并推广了Achter和Gekeler的先前工作。
