种子库与双岛扩散的结构性质

摘要
我们研究了带种子库的（双等位基因）Wright-Fisher扩散的各个方面，并与双岛模型（例如Kermany, Zhou and Hickey, 2008以及Nath and Griffiths, 1993分析过的）结合对比，包括矩、平稳分布和可逆性，我们的主要工具是对偶性。此外，我们证明了带种子库的Wright-Fisher扩散可重新表述为一维随机延迟微分方程，从而按照Kaj, Krone and Lascoux, 2001的精神，对种子库中的年龄结构给出了即使向前时间也优雅的解释。我们还利用基于鞅的推理（即McKean论证）对该二维随机微分方程给出了完整的边界分类。
