在完全 H"ormander 条件下，我们证明了由加性子布朗运动驱动的 SDE 所确定的半群具有强 Feller 性质，其中漂移项允许任意增长。为此，我们扩展了 Malicet-Poly \cite{Ma-Po} 和 Bally-Caramellino \cite{Ba-Ca} 关于 Wiener 泛函律在全变差下收敛的准则。此外，验证了耦合振荡器链的示例。
