摘要
我们得到了带位置依赖质量的带电粒子在Coulomb场中Dirac方程的精确解。该旋量的有效质量具有一个与Compton波长平方成正比并随1/r变化的分量。我们建议该模型可作为场论中紫外发散重整化的一种工具。离散能谱与旋量波函数被显式地求出。
