摘要

我们求解了存在尖势阱的一维位置依赖质量 Dirac 方程，并以 Whittaker 函数的形式给出了解。我们利用波函数上的匹配条件导出了反射系数和透射系数。充分研究了位置依赖质量对系统反射系数和透射系数的影响。
