广义Hulthen势下任意κ值有效质量Dirac方程的近似解析解

摘要
对于具有位置依赖质量的Dirac方程，在任意自旋轨道量子数κ的广义Hulthen势下进行了近似求解。通过适当的坐标变换，将有效质量Dirac方程简化为类Schrödinger微分方程，从而获得解。计算中采用Nikiforov-Uvarov方法得到能量本征值和相应的波函数。数值结果与文献中的结果进行了比较。对于恒定质量的情况，也获得了解析结果，且结果与文献吻合良好。
