指数型势阱赝自旋对称狄拉克方程的近似解析解

摘要
通过使用Nikiforov-Uvarov方法的参数化推广，研究了具有赝自旋对称性的指数型势阱的狄拉克方程的可解性。在自旋-轨道耦合项的近似框架下，得到了Morse势、Hulthen势和q-变形Rosen-Morse势的能量本征值方程及相应的狄拉克旋量，因此解适用于自旋-轨道量子数κ=0或κ≠0的任何值。
