摘要
我们考察了一个重要且在所有前期研究中都被忽略的方面，即横向�eliminate势垒或莱纳兹-滕纳 (LZ) 问题。我们推导了在能垒势垒具有局域初始态和局域或非局域最终态的情况下，对于处于中间能区且所有四个绝热态都耦合且必须予以考虑的横向�eliminate势垒的半经典量化规则。事实上，这些情况在非刚性分子光谱学（即具有多个稳定构型的分子）中几乎涵盖了所有实际相关的情形。
