本文是发展经典Selberg迹公式的超类比——Selberg超迹公式的系列文章的第三篇。它处理带边超黎曼曲面。概述了带边超黎曼曲面的理论，并发展了相应的Selberg超迹公式。讨论了带边超黎曼曲面上Selberg超zeta函数的解析性质，并利用Selberg超zeta函数计算了带边超黎曼曲面上Dirac-Laplace算子的超行列式。
