回复:波纹MoS$_2$晶体管中因侵入式电压探针导致迁移率高估

摘要

在本回复中,我们补充了新的实验结果并证实,波纹-MoS2_2中观察到的非线性(导致迁移率扭折)是无序体系的内在属性,而非接触效应(侵入式探针)或其他器件问题。注意到Peng Wu的假设基于高度有序的理想体系,其转移曲线应为线性,且载流子密度被假定为常数。因此,Wu的模型对无序体系过于简化,并忽略了依赖于载流子密度的散射物理。故其从根本上不适用于我们的波纹-MoS2_2,并导致了错误结论。
