摘要

我们证明了完美特征 $p>5$ 域上 klt 三维簇的 $W\mathcal{O}$ -有理性和 klt Fano 三维簇的有理链连通性。作为推论，有限域上的任意 klt Fano 三维簇都有一个有理点。
