我们在马尔可夫过程框架下应用林德贝格原理，对含突变的中性 等位 Wright-Fisher 模型进行扩散过程近似，推导出基于四阶有界可微函数类距离的误差率。该误差率由最大突变率和种群大小的倒数之线性组合表示。我们的结果改进了经典著作 [PNAS,1977] 中的误差上界，其中仅研究了特殊情况 。
